Using Our Website

Who can use this website?

This website is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

What am I not allowed to do?

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with site functionality. All content is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied without permission.

Is the information on this site accurate?

We strive for accuracy in all information presented but do not guarantee that all content is error-free. Product images are representative and actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

Products, Pricing and Orders

Are prices shown on the website final?

Retail prices are displayed in INR and are subject to change without notice. For bulk and export pricing, please contact us for a custom quotation tailored to your requirements.

How do bulk/export orders work?

Submit an inquiry through our bulk inquiry form. Our team will provide detailed pricing, minimum order quantity (MOQ) details, and documentation requirements within 24 business hours.

What about product quality?

All Milletan products are made under our FSSAI licence (20726031000108), which is printed on every pack along with the full ingredient and allergen declaration. Classic Bake packs also carry the manufacturing partner's licence.

Export and International Terms

What trade terms do you use?

We work on FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), and CFR (Cost & Freight) terms depending on the destination country and mutual agreement.

What about customs and duties?

Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes at the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend consulting with your customs broker for specific requirements.

What documentation do you provide?

Export documentation is prepared per order and confirmed in writing before dispatch. Tell us the destination market and we will confirm exactly which documents we can supply for it. Standard commercial paperwork - invoice, packing list, product-specific quality certificates as required.

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.

Limitation of Liability

Milletan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific transaction in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on milletan.com including text, images, logos, graphics, and design is the exclusive property of Milletan. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
