Ancient Bake - The Ancient Bake collection is Milletan's signature range of millet-forward cookies. Every product in this collection is crafted with ancient grains — ragi (finger millet) and jowar (sorghum) — that have been staples in Indian households for thousands of years.

What makes Ancient Bake different: zero maida, zero refined sugar, zero preservatives. Each recipe is developed to let the natural flavour and nutrition of millets shine through. Ragi brings iron and calcium. Jowar adds protein and fibre. Jaggery powder replaces refined sugar for a rounder, gentler sweetness.

Our Ancient Bake range includes Ragi Cacao — earthy finger millet cookies with choco chips — and Jowar Bella, a light sorghum and coconut cookie with natural jaggery sweetness. Every product is FSSAI licensed and baked fresh in our Surat facility.

Every Classic Bake product uses real butter, never vanaspati or margarine. We source our almonds, walnuts, coffee, and cocoa carefully to ensure the flavour is authentic and the quality is consistent across every batch. Our Classic Bake range includes Almond Milano with roasted almonds and coconut, Café Roma coffee cookies, fudgy Brownie Nova, jam-kissed Butter Bisotti, Walnut Oro, chocolate-nut Truffle Nuts, choco-chip Choco Primo, and wholesome Oats Rustica. Each product is baked in small batches and packed fresh with no preservatives. Classic Bake is for those who love traditional bakery treats but want them made properly — with ingredients you can read and trust. All products are FSSAI licensed and baked in our Surat, Gujarat facility.
